Placing a sample order

Ordering a garment or accessory in large quantities can feel daunting! It may seem like a huge commitment. How is the print quality? Is the fabric quality of the chosen item exactly what you expect? How does the size fit for a specific garment? At ShirtUp!, we offer the option to receive one or more product samples before placing a full order.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

You can order a sample of any product, and it must include your design so you can check the print quality. You can order up to two samples of the same product — either the same size or two different sizes — so you can find the perfect fit.

Important To Take Into Account

Sample orders are charged at the regular item price. You’ll also need to choose your preferred print technique — DTF printing or DTG printing — when placing your sample.

If you place a new order of 20 or more items (not including your sample items) and it includes at least one of the products you sampled, you can get a refund for the cost of your sample order (shipping not included). Just contact our customer service with both order numbers to claim your refund.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Select the product you’d like to order a sample of.
Choose your desired size and color.
Upload your design to evaluate print quality (required for all samples).
Add the sample to your cart — limit of 1–2 items per specific product.
Complete payment at checkout.
If you’re satisfied with the sample and place a follow-up order of more than 20 items, you can request a refund for the sample cost (excluding shipping).
Contact our customer service with both order numbers to receive your refund.
