Designing
How does the design tool work?
Our design tool is a very easy tool to use. First, choose the type of garment you want, the color and the size.
By clicking on the “Customize” button you will enter the editor that will show you all the steps to create your designs. Choose your own image or one of the premade designs to give your creation a personal touch. Remember that once you have chosen the garment you like and start editing, you can still change the type of garment, color and size by clicking on the “Change product button”.
Our editor will provide you with several options to give your photos a personal touch, such as filters or different image cropping formats. Check out our tutorial video and step-by-step guide to learn more about how the design tool works!
What kind of files can I upload?
You can upload files of the following formats: PNG, JPG, SVG or GIF with a minimum resolution of 200 dpi and a minimum file size of 160px * 160px and a maximum of 5000px *5000px (10MB).
Important: We print in CMYK colors, which means that if you upload an image in RGB color format, our system will change the resolution automatically. Due to this change, the final result may vary slightly. Check out our image requirements to create the perfect design.
Can you create a design for me?
We understand that creating a unique and original design is essential for personalizing your clothing, but we are not able to create custom designs for our customers.
Our easy-to-use design tool allows you to personalize any garment in our assortment with the design of your choice. Whether you're creative or not, you can add text, photos and choose from a wide selection of stickers.
In our collection, you'll also find garments with predefined designs that you can leave as they are or even personalize by adding a personal touch.
Can I change the default ShirtUp! designs?
If you choose one of our customizable default designs, you can adjust, change and edit it however you want. This guarantees that your design will be unique and you won't find it anywhere else.
How does our AI generator work?
Our AI Design Generator is a free tool powered by Artificial Intelligence that helps you create unique designs for your clothing garments. You can input up to 5 words related to your idea, choose the style of the image, and the tool will generate 4 different design versions for you to choose from.
If you’re not satisfied, you can keep generating new designs with no limits until you find the perfect one.
Can I remove the background of my designs?
Yes, you can. Our Design-Tool offers the option to remove the background of any designs you wish to adjust. When editing a design or image, simply look for the "Remove background" button. This feature allows you to easily eliminate any unwanted background from your designs, giving you more control over your final product.

How can I reuse my design from a previous order?
There are different options for you to reuse the designs you have previously used. First, log into your account. Under "Saved Designs," you will find your previous designs that you have saved. These designs can be duplicated for another order.
In addition, you can look into your order history where you can repeat your order or click on the "Reuse design" button. Lastly, your uploads are saved in the Design-Tool, which you can reuse to create another product.
Quality and printing
How can I choose the sizes?
Discovering your ideal fit is effortless with our personalized clothing. Simply select the garment you fancy, and on the right side, beneath the various apparel lines, you'll find the corresponding size chart. Please bear in mind that certain items may run a bit small, so it's crucial to carefully review the measurements provided.
At our store, we prioritize inclusivity, catering to diverse body types and style preferences. Whether you lean towards a snug or relaxed fit, rest assured there's something tailored just for you. So, take your time, explore our collection, and find the perfect fit that complements your unique silhouette.
What kind of customization is available?
To customize your garments we use a technique called DTG: Direct To Garment. With this technique we print directly on the garment with aqueous inkjet technology using water-based inks. This type of printing makes the colors sharp achieving a higher resolution than printing with other techniques.
What kind of inks are ShirtUp! clothing printed with?
We have a vision of sustainability and a commitment to the environment, which is why we print your garments with sustainable water-based inks. These inks are made by suspending a 100% biodegradable pigment in a water base. It is a printing technique with DTG technology that is gaining popularity due to its combination of quality and respect for the environment. This technique can reproduce a multitude of colors. However, it cannot be used to print metallic or fluorescent colors, for which you will need to use other techniques.
What kind of quality is ShirtUp's clothing made of?
This question comes up often, and we can reassure you: our products are good quality, as long as you treat them normally, of course!
Our clothes are made of high-quality certified materials, which means you will enjoy them for many years. In the product description of each product and on our product quality page, you will find detailed information on fabric properties, quality and certifications.
How can I achieve a high quality print?
To achieve high-quality printing results on your ShirtUp! products, selecting the right material and following our image guidelines is key.
Comfort and Premium products achieve much higher printing results due to the material thickness. This thickness ensures the print is in higher definition and sits well on the products, providing a more vibrant and durable finish compared to the Basic line.
Make sure to follow our image requirements for the best results. We recommend using high-resolution files (300 DPI) in formats such as PNG or JPEG. This guarantees that your design will be printed sharply and clearly, bringing out every detail of your artwork.
By adhering to these guidelines, you can enjoy stunning, eye-catching printing results on your ShirtUp! products every time!
Price and Payment
What are the shipping costs?
We have two separate shipping options with different pricing. The costs of our standard shipping are €7.99 per order. The costs for our express shipping are €14.99 per order. No matter how many items you add to your order, you only pay once for shipping per order.
Do I have to pay an extra fee for printing?
Yes, there is an extra charge for printing. This charge varies depending on which side of the product you want to print on.
Due to the printing techniques used, we charge €6 per print for printing on the back and/or front of clothes. If you want to print on the sleeves, the extra fee is €5 per print.
Do I have a discount for large quantities?
Yes. We offer discounts starting from 6 items. The more you order, the bigger the discount.
What payment methods can I use?
You can see the payment options available for your country on the payment page.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No, at the moment we do not offer cash on delivery.
Can I place a business order without VAT or request a VAT-free invoice?
Unfortunately, we cannot process VAT-free orders or provide invoices without VAT, even for business orders. All our product prices include VAT. If you have any questions regarding your invoice, please feel free to contact our support team.
Delivery and shipment
When will I receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. We strive to process and dispatch packages as quickly as possible.
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
We have two delivery options available:
- Standard delivery: 2- 8 working days.
- Express delivery: 2-4 working days.
Please note: The listed delivery times include order processing. We aim to process all orders within 24 to 48 hours. However, once your package is handed over to our delivery partner (excluding weekends and public holidays), delivery times may vary depending on factors such as distance, weather conditions, and the timing of your order, which could lead to delays.

How can I keep track of my order?
When we have shipped your order, you will receive the tracking information in your inbox. We will send you a tracking link so you can follow up the time of delivery.
It is important to check your spam folder to ensure that you receive the email, if not, we would like to kindly ask you to contact us.
Do you deliver to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla? (Only for Spain)
Although we want to provide you with the best service, at the moment we only deliver to the Peninsula. We are working to be able to make deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Do you deliver on weekends?
No, unfortunately we do not deliver on weekends.
What transport company do you work with?
In order to offer you the best delivery service, we work with UPS and DHL.
My order has been lost or appears as delivered, what can I do?
Does your Track & Trace code indicate that your parcel has been delivered, but you haven't received anything? There is a high chance that it was delivered to a neighbor. Of course, your parcel could also have been received by a housemate.
Is that not the case? Then contact us. We will immediately look for a solution.
I made a mistake in the delivery address of my order, how can I correct it?
When you have written the delivery address of your order incorrectly or it is incomplete, we must follow the indications of the shipping company. We suggest you contact us as soon as possible so we can guide you through the process to follow
Returning a product
Can I return a personalized product?
All our garments are personalized on demand and when customizing a t-shirt, sweatshirt or polo shirt we print a single copy -or as many as you want- with a personalized design. Due to this reason it is not possible to return it.
However, your satisfaction is the most important thing to us and we want to do everything possible to meet your expectations.
Can I return a product with a pre-design?
Yes, you can! If you have ordered a product with a pre-design without changes to the design, you can return the product. You can request your return via our return form.
Once we have assessed your return request, we will send you the return label. Place this label on the original packaging of the product you wish to return and take your package to the post office. Please note that in this case, the return costs will be at your charge. Once we have received the product, we will refund you.

I made a mistake in the design, can I return the product?
No, we do not accept return if the design error is due to choices made by the customer. We cannot adjust the design afterward, so if modifications are needed, we recommend reordering the product.
The print quality doesn't look good, can I return the product?
We strive to provide personalized products of the highest quality. In the case of quality or accuracy issues with the personalized product, please fill out our return form to find an appropriate solution.
How can I request a return?
Fill out our return form within 30 days of receiving your order, with all necessary information, including photos or videos for reference. Once we receive your return request, we will carefully process it, and you will receive a response from us as soon as possible.
Please refer to our return policy for more information and the cases not valid for return (size problems, purchase regret, design error by the customer, no-show at the pick-up point).
How many days do I have to make a return?
Once you have received your order, you have 30 working days to return the order. If the return is made after the established period, we cannot process it.
What happens with personalized returned articles?
Each garment we print is unique and exclusive, however, when we receive returned items we give them a second life by donating them to non-profit organizations. This, as long as the privacy protection law allows it. If we can’t donate the garment we will make sure the garment is recycled accordingly.
Order and account
How can I login?
You can log in on the ShirtUp user account page. In order to log in, you will first need to create a user account by filling in your name, an email address and a password.
I forgot my password, how can I recover it?
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry, these things always happen. You can recover it or create a new one by clicking on the "I forgot my password" button or you can go directly to this page and recover your password.
Can I modify an order?
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, therefore, once you receive the confirmation of your order, we will proceed to create it so it is not possible to modify your order.
Can I cancel my order?
As we strive to provide you with fast service, once you receive your order confirmation, we will proceed to create your order directly. Due to the agility and speed with which we work, it is not possible to cancel an order.

How can I get my invoice?
To get your invoice, just log in to your customer account. Once logged in, the invoice can be downloaded from your order history.
