Your item is printed based on the preview shown in the design tool. However, small variations in print size or positioning can occur due to garment size and printing technique.
Your design stays the same size across all garment sizes and does not automatically scale. As a result, the print may appear larger on smaller garments and smaller on larger garments. Always review your design in the editor before ordering.

Yes, QR codes can be printed on most ShirtUp! products. For the best scanning performance, we recommend DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing.
Why DTF is recommended:
Design tip: QR codes scan best when they have a solid background and enough white space around them. Use a high-resolution QR code and avoid making it too small, as QR codes can become more difficult to read once printed on fabric and after repeated washing.
For the most reliable results, we recommend using DTF printing for QR codes on custom apparel and promotional products.

ShirtUp! delivers to most countries within Europe. Available delivery destinations and shipping options are shown automatically at checkout based on your location.
If your country isn’t available yet, we’re continuously working on expanding our delivery coverage.
Although we want to provide you with the best service, at the moment we only deliver to the Peninsula. We are working to be able to make deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Azores, Ceuta and Melilla.
UPS delivers on weekdays and Saturdays. Deliveries are not made on Sundays.
ShirtUp! partners with UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors, housemates, or your building’s reception area.
If the package is still missing, please check your email for the tracking link. From there, go to Product and Services and click File a claim to start an investigation with the carrier.
If you’re still unable to locate your order after filing a claim, please contact us so we can assist you further.
If your delivery date has passed and your order hasn’t arrived, you can contact UPS directly using the tracking link from your email. On the bottom right of the UPS tracking page, there’s a chat bot where you can ask about the shipment status and even request an updated delivery date.

Returns can be requested if there is an issue with the item, such as a defect or a print that does not meet our quality standards.
To review your request, we kindly ask you to provide clear photos of the item showing the issue. Our team will assess these and confirm whether the product is considered defective.
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 working days of delivery.
How do I request a return?
Go to the ShirtUp! login page and sign in using your email address and password. If you’re new to ShirtUp!, you’ll need to register first before you can log in.
On the login page, click “I forgot my password” and follow the steps to reset it. If you don’t receive the reset email, check your spam or promotions folder.
