How does the ShirtUp! design editor work?

The ShirtUp! design editor lets you customize clothing by uploading images or using templates. Choose your product, click "Customize",  and follow the guided steps. You can switch product type, size, and color anytime using the "Change product" button.

What file types can I upload to ShirtUp!?

You can upload PNG, JPG, SVG, or GIF files. Files must be 200 DPI minimum, 160×160px to 5000×5000px, and under 10MB. ShirtUp! prints in CMYK, so RGB images may show slight color changes. Check our image requirements for best results.

Can ShirtUp! create a design for me?

ShirtUp! does not offer custom design services. Use our editor to add text, photos, or stickers. You can also start with one of our pre-made templates and personalize it.

Can I edit ShirtUp! pre-designs?

Yes, ShirtUp! pre-designs can be edited. You can adjust text, add images and stickers, and layout to make the design your own.

How does the ShirtUp! AI Design Generator work?

The ShirtUp! AI Generator uses Artificial Intelligence to help you create original designs. Just input up to five keywords, select an image style, and get four AI-generated designs. Generate as many as you'd like until you're satisfied—completely free!

Can I remove the background in the ShirtUp! editor?

Yes, you can remove backgrounds in the ShirtUp! editor. Use the “Remove background” button when editing your image.

How can I reuse a previous ShirtUp! design?

To reuse past ShirtUp! designs, log in and visit “Saved Designs” in your account. You can duplicate any saved design or reorder directly from your history. Uploads are also stored in the editor for future use.

How do I select the right ShirtUp! size?

ShirtUp! shows a size chart on each product page. Since sizes may vary, we recommend checking measurements carefully or ordering 1–2 sizes up.

What customization methods does ShirtUp! offer?

ShirtUp! uses two different printing methods, DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. DTG blends ink with fabric for soft, high-resolution results—ideal for cotton. DTF transfers ink from film to fabric for vibrant, durable prints on polyester, nylon, and leather.

- DTG (Direct To Garment), translated as "Direct Printing on Garment," prints directly onto the fabric using water-based inkjet technology. This type of printing allows the colors to blend seamlessly with the fabric fibers, achieving a soft, comfortable finish and higher resolution compared to other printing techniques.
- DTF (Direct To Film) prints your design onto a special film, also using water-based ink. The design is then coated with an adhesive powder and transferred to the fabric using a heat press. This method ensures the ink sits on the surface of the material, delivering vibrant colors and exceptional durability, even on fabrics such as polyester, nylon, and leather.

What kind of inks are used for ShirtUp! clothing?

ShirtUp! uses sustainable, water-based inks that are biodegradable and eco-friendly. Both DTG and DTF technologies use these inks to ensure your prints are sharp, vibrant, and planet-friendly.

What is the quality of ShirtUp! garments?

ShirtUp! products are made from high-quality certified fabrics. They’re built to last, provided you care for them properly. Check each product’s page for specific material details and certifications.

How can I get high-quality prints with ShirtUp!?

To ensure your ShirtUp! design looks amazing, use high-resolution images (300 DPI) and choose Comfort or Premium product lines for the best material quality. Always follow our upload guidelines for sharp, vibrant prints.Make sure to follow our image requirements for the best results.

What are the ShirtUp! shipping costs?

ShirtUp! shipping costs are €5.99 for standard shipping and €16.99 for express shipping. You only pay once per order, regardless of quantity. Learn more about our delivery information here.

Does ShirtUp! charge extra for printing?

Yes, printing costs are charged separately and are not included in the product price. These costs are calculated automatically based on the printing technique once you add your customized item to the cart, and are clearly shown at checkout.

DTF printing is priced by print size:
€3 for small (up to 250 cm²), €4 for medium (251–500 cm²), €5 for large (501–750 cm²), and €6 for extra large (over 751 cm²).

DTG printing is priced by print location
€7,50 per side for the front or back, and €5 per side for sleeves. You can include as many design elements as fit within a print location.

Does ShirtUp! offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes. ShirtUp! offers discounts starting from 5 items. Visit our “Printing for groups” page for full details.

What payment methods does ShirtUp! accept?

Payment options vary by country and are shown at checkout.

Can I pay cash on delivery with ShirtUp!?

No, ShirtUp! does not currently support cash on delivery.

Can I place a tax-free order at ShirtUp!?

Yes! If you have a valid VAT number, simply enter it at checkout, and the VAT will be automatically deducted from your total. If you have any questions regarding your invoice, please feel free to contact our support team.

When will I receive my ShirtUp! order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. We strive to process and dispatch packages as quickly as possible.

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

We have two delivery options available:
- Standard delivery: 5- 9 working days.
- Express delivery: 4-6 working days.

Please note: The listed delivery times include order processing. We aim to process all orders within 24 to 48 hours. However, once your package is handed over to our delivery partner (excluding weekends and public holidays), delivery times may vary depending on factors such as distance, weather conditions, and the timing of your order, which could lead to delays.

How can I track my ShirtUp! order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it. Contact ShirtUp! if needed.

Do you deliver to the Balearic Islands, Azores, Ceuta and Melilla?

Although we want to provide you with the best service, at the moment we only deliver to the Peninsula. We are working to be able to make deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Azores, Ceuta and Melilla.

Does ShirtUp! deliver on weekends?

Our courier delivers on weekdays and Saturdays. There are no deliveries on Sundays.

What delivery service does ShirtUp! use?

ShirtUp! partners with UPS for fast and reliable delivery.

What should I do if my ShirtUp! order is lost or marked as delivered?

If your ShirtUp! parcel is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or housemates. Still no luck?

Then contact us. We will immediately look for a solution.

Can I correct a wrong ShirtUp! delivery address?

Yes, but act fast.

We suggest you contact us as soon as possible so we can guide you through the process to follow.

Can I return a personalized ShirtUp! product?

No, personalized ShirtUp! items are not returnable. Contact us if you're unsatisfied.

Can I return a pre-designed ShirtUp! product?

Yes, ShirtUp! allows returns for unmodified pre-designed products. Complete our return form and follow the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

I made a design error—can I return my ShirtUp! product?

No. ShirtUp! doesn’t accept returns for user-made design errors. We recommend reordering with the correct design.

My ShirtUp! print is not as expected—can I return it?

If there’s an issue with ShirtUp!'s printing quality, fill out the return form with photos or videos. We’ll review your case and provide a solution.

How do I request a return with ShirtUp!?

Use the ShirtUp! return form within 30 days of delivery. Include clear information and images. You’ll receive instructions shortly after submission.

How many days do I have to return a ShirtUp! item?

You have 30 working days from receipt to return eligible ShirtUp! items.

What happens to returned ShirtUp! items?

ShirtUp! donates returnable custom garments to non-profits when possible, or recycles them in accordance with privacy laws.

How do I log in to my ShirtUp! account?

Go to the ShirtUp! login page and sign in using your name, email, and password. New users must first register.

I forgot my ShirtUp! password—what should I do?

Click “I forgot my password” on the login page or reset it here. ShirtUp! makes password recovery easy.

Can I modify my ShirtUp! order?

Once confirmed, ShirtUp! starts processing your order immediately. For changes, contact us quickly—we may still be able to help.

Can I cancel a ShirtUp! order?

ShirtUp! orders are created immediately after confirmation, so cancellations aren’t possible. If there’s a problem, please contact us.

How do I get my ShirtUp! invoice?

Your invoice will be emailed with your shipping confirmation. You can also download it from your ShirtUp! account under “Order History.”
