With Direct-to-Film (DTF), your design is printed onto a special transfer film, coated with adhesive powder, and then heat-pressed onto the garment. Because the ink sits on top of the fabric rather than soaking into it, DTF produces vibrant colors and excellent durability with a slightly raised finish.
DTF works on almost any fabric type — including cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and other synthetic materials — without pre-treatment, even on dark garments.
With Direct-to-Garment (DTG), water-based ink is printed directly into the fabric fibers using advanced inkjet technology. This creates a soft-touch print with a matte, breathable finish that becomes part of the garment.
DTG works best on cotton and other natural fabrics and is ideal for detailed, artistic designs.

Because DTF printing applies ink on top of the fabric, very small elements may appear less sharp or slightly thicker after printing. For highly detailed artwork, gradients, or intricate linework, DTG printing may produce better results.
For the best results:
While DTG is ideal for detailed prints, print clarity can still vary depending on garment texture, fabric type, and design size. Extremely tiny text or ultra-thin lines may lose some sharpness when printed on textured or dark garments.
