We strive to provide you with complete satisfaction with our products. In order to establish clear guidelines regarding returns, we have developed our return policy to clarify this point.
Return policy for personalized products
Please note that a personalized product is specially made for you, and therefore, you cannot return or exchange it except in the case of a defect or error on our part.
Reasons for return:
- Printing error during the printing process: In case of a printing error or defect on our part, please fill out our return form to find a suitable solution.
- We strive to provide personalized products of the highest quality. In the case of quality or accuracy issues with the personalized product, please fill out our return form to find an appropriate solution.
Invalid reasons for return:
- Size issues: We do not accept returns for size reasons, as all personalized products are made in the size ordered by the customer.
- Purchase regret: Returns due to purchase regret will not be accepted for personalized products.
- Design error: Please note that we do not accept returns if the design error is due to choices made by the customer. We cannot adjust the design afterward, so if modifications are needed, we recommend reordering the product.

No-show at the pick-up point: If the shipping company notifies the customer that the package is ready to be picked up at a certain point and the customer does not show up, no refunds will be made, except in extreme cases.
Return policy for products with pre-defined designs
If you have ordered a product with a pre-defined design without making any changes, you can return the product within 30 days, as long as it fulfills the following conditions:
- The product has not been worn or washed (brief try-on is allowed).
- The product still has all original tags.
- The product can be returned in its original packaging.
- You have proof of purchase.
Please note that in this case, return costs are your responsibility.
Request a return
Fill out our return form within 30 days of receiving your order, with all necessary information, including photos or videos for reference. Once we receive your return request, we will carefully process it, and you will receive a response from us as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not accept any returned products without a prior return request.
Damaged, defective or wrong product
Please check your order when you receive it and fill in our return form immediately if there is any damage, a defect or if you have received the wrong product. That way we can investigate and resolve the problem.
Refunding your return
Refunds will be processed automatically within 10 business days after the approval of your return request. We will use the same payment method you used. Please note that the refund processing time by your bank may take several days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, and you still have not received it, please contact us.
