Placing a sample order

Ordering a garment or accessory in large quantities can feel daunting! It may seem like a huge commitment. How is the print quality? Is the fabric quality of the chosen item exactly what you expect? How does the size fit for a specific garment? At ShirtUp!, we offer the option to receive one or more product samples before placing a full order.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

You can order a sample of any of our products. The sample may include a printable design. We kindly request that you order no more than one sample per specific product. If you wish to check the sizes, you may, of course, order one sample per size per specific product.

Important To Take Into Account

For a sample order, we charge the regular price per item. If you later place an order for at least 20 items, please contact our customer service with your current order number and the order number of your sample. Upon approval, you will receive a full refund for the sample order.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Select the products for which you want to order a sample.
2. Select the size and color of the desired product.
3. Want to evaluate the print quality? Include your design as well.
4. Add your product samples to the shopping cart (a maximum of 1-2 items from that specific product).
5. Proceed with payment at checkout.
6. Afterwards, place an order for at least 20 items.
7. Contact our customer service with both order numbers to receive your refund for the sample order, excl. shipping costs.
